Cancellation Policy
Package Eligibility: 1. The Student/Concession Resume Package is available exclusively for students currently enrolled in an educational programme at a recognised accredited institution, or those designated as concession holders. 2. Presentation of a valid and up-to-date identification is required for this package. In the absence of such identification, the client is liable to pay the rate for the Adult Resume Package, amounting to $129. Refunds: 1. Refunds will be considered provided: a. The client maintains prompt and clear communication with the assigned Resume Writer, ensuring responses within a stipulated period following each communication from the writer. b. In instances where an amicable agreement fails to materialise between the client and the Resume Writer. Adjustment to Delivery: If there is a change to the original due date, whether postponement or advancement, the Resume Writer reserves the right to amend the turnaround time on a case to case basis.
